We keep the menu on this site as accurate as we can, but it is here for information, not as a binding offer. Dishes, ingredients, portions, and prices can change, and items sell out. The price charged at the register or on the ordering page is the price that applies.

Photographs on this site are illustrative and are not a guarantee of exactly how a dish will be plated.

Please read this one. Our kitchen handles nuts, sesame, dairy, eggs, wheat, fish, and shellfish in a shared space, and the same grill and fryers are used across the menu. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free of a given allergen.

If you have an allergy or a dietary requirement, tell us before you order, in person or on the phone, so we can tell you what is actually in a dish. Do not rely on the website alone for that.

Online orders are not processed on this website. When you start an order you are handed to our point of sale provider, SpotOn, and their terms and payment handling apply to that transaction.

An order is accepted when the restaurant confirms it, not at the moment you submit it. If we cannot fill an order, for example because an item has run out or the kitchen is closing, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.

Orders placed through Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub are governed by those platforms, including their delivery, refund, and pricing rules. Their menu prices may differ from ours.

Quoted preparation and delivery times are estimates. Food is cooked to order, so busy periods run longer. Delivery is available in a limited area around Paramus, and we may decline an address outside it.

Every catering order needs three days notice. Anything inside that window has to be arranged by phone. Late orders placed online cannot be filled and will be refunded. To arrange catering inside that window, call (201) 986-1557 and we will tell you whether the kitchen can take it.

Submitting the catering request form is a request, not a booking. Your catering is confirmed when someone from the restaurant replies with a price and a time. Headcounts, packages, and final pricing are settled in that exchange.

Because catering food is prepared to order in quantity, we ask for changes and cancellations as early as you can manage. Cancellations made after we have shopped and prepped for your order may not be refundable in full.

Use the site for its purpose: looking at the menu, finding us, and getting in touch. Do not try to break it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for other people, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

The name, logo, photography, text, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links and ordinary excerpts. Do not republish the photography or the design as your own.

We link to our ordering provider, delivery platforms, and mapping services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and online, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and the courts of New Jersey have jurisdiction over any dispute.
